The goal of The North Second Street Group is to be a one-stop shop for enforcement, advice, guidance, rapid response, testimony, legislative and regulatory analysis and witness preparation. We do not concentrate exclusively on the prevailing wage law; we are equally engaged in all worker protective laws and regulations: minimum wage, apprenticeship, undocumented workers, child labor and overtime cases, Workers and Unemployment Compensation, Procurement Code, Separations Acts.

We will work with your signatory contractors and your organization on a consistently dependable and effective basis to see that Pennsylvania’s Labor Laws are fairly enforced thereby increasing your signatory contractors’ opportunities to competitively bid jobs.
